Es <em>Danz\u00f3n 1942<\/em>, una producci\u00f3n de la compa\u00f1\u00eda de baile En Avant, cuyo elenco cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de tres estudiantes de la Universidad de las Artes. Ellas son Jacqueline Velarde, de la Escuela de Artes Visuales, y Dora Agila y Atenea Soria, de la carrera de Danza, de la Escuela de Artes Esc\u00e9nicas, quienes est\u00e1n en noveno semestre y en proceso de titulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En <em>Danz\u00f3n 1942,<\/em>&nbsp;En Avant lleva a escena im\u00e1genes dispersas de la intimidad de las relaciones amorosas, el empoderamiento de la mujer en la revoluci\u00f3n industrial (Rosie the riveter, \u00edcono estadounidense del empoderamiento laboral femenino) y el Joie de vivre (en espa\u00f1ol, la alegr\u00eda de vivir). Todo suma y le permite al core\u00f3grafo Max McClure reinterpretar&nbsp;los danzones&nbsp;de M\u00e1rquez con un ojo fresco que sorprende por la originalidad de su coreograf\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed, acompa\u00f1ados por las composiciones del mexicano Arturo M\u00e1rquez, ocho bailarines se toman el escenario para interpretar esta m\u00fasica tan representativa de la sinf\u00f3nica latinoamericana.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La experiencia de Jacqueline Velarde<br><\/strong><em>Danz\u00f3n 1942 <\/em>se estren\u00f3 el pasado 21 de octubre, en el Parque Hist\u00f3rico Guayaquil, y para conocer de cerca las respectivas intervenciones de nuestras estudiantes, InfoUArtes contact\u00f3 a las tres antes de la puesta en escena, mas solo Jacqueline Velarde respondi\u00f3 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s. Ella comparte detalles: \u201cMi participaci\u00f3n fue la de representar por medio del movimiento e interpretaci\u00f3n a las mujeres que reconocen su valor y se llenan de poder para salir adelante. Esa mujer empoderada e independiente de los a\u00f1os 40, en la \u00e9poca industrial. Mujeres que comenzaban a alzar su voz y a mostrar que eran capaces de ser grandes y cumplir todo lo que se propongan\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agrega que, indistintamente de las obras que sean, \u201clos bailarines nos apropiamos del papel que se nos dispone y lo encarnamos en la puesta en escena. Pero, a diferencia de otras obras (en las que ha intervenido), esta me identifica; por ser mujer, por querer m\u00e1s libertad para nosotras, por querer inspirar a las dem\u00e1s mujeres, porque quiero mujeres vivas, llenas de valor para comerse al mundo sin temor a que les pase algo. Y por todas esas mujeres a quienes les apagaron su vida\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comenta que la obra se la viene desarrollando y presentando desde noviembre de 2020, en el Estudio Paulsen (Guayaquil) junto a la muestra del videodanza <em>B.I.O.S.,<\/em> en el que tambi\u00e9n tom\u00f3 parte. En el escenario, <em>Danz\u00f3n 1942<\/em> cuenta con tres piezas; un d\u00fao, un cuarteto y un grupal llamado <em>Las m\u00e1quinas.<\/em> \u201cLa idea principal de una de las piezas fue generar efectos de una f\u00e1brica; de sus trabajadores, proceso de creaci\u00f3n de los productos y maquinarias pesadas. En el debut de la obra solo particip\u00e9 en la pieza de <em>Las m\u00e1quinas<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para esta ocasi\u00f3n, <em>Danz\u00f3n 1942<\/em> se present\u00f3 junto a una nueva pieza llamada <em>Hayden<\/em> tambi\u00e9n creada por el core\u00f3grafo Maxwell Foster. \u201cDos propuestas diferentes, cambiantes en emociones y expresiones. <em>Hayden<\/em> ten\u00eda un toque c\u00f3mico, de juego, broma e iron\u00eda entre los bailarines y danzones. Al inicio mostraba un car\u00e1cter sumiso de la bailarina (representando a la ama de casa de la \u00e9poca), para luego pasar al empoderamiento femenino en la sociedad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La puesta en escena le dej\u00f3, anota Jacqueline Velarde, una nueva experiencia, por el lugar y el espacio. La presentaci\u00f3n se hizo sobre una tarima al aire libre, \u201cal contacto de la naturaleza y al lugar. Esta vez me apropi\u00e9 tanto de mi representaci\u00f3n que no sent\u00ed nervios en el escenario. Me sent\u00ed segura de lo que hac\u00eda y muy feliz por esta gran oportunidad que me da la vida de seguir haciendo lo que amo con el apoyo de mis maestros Jessica Abouganem, Max Foster y Cindy Cantos (docente de la UArtes) y junto a maravillosos bailarines\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cUna sinfon\u00eda de movimientos que explora el papel de la mujer en los a\u00f1os 40\u2033.
