Músico venezolano, trompetista, de dilatada carrera en orquestas sinfónicas y escenarios de recitales y solistas.
A muy temprana edad obtiene el Primer Premio del Conservatorio Nacional de Región en Niza, Francia, y prosigue estudios en New York, Estados Unidos, en la afamada Manhattan School of Music, con el reconocido solista, Stephen Burns. Tiene en su haber un Diploma que le acredita, con distinción, como Fellow de la prestigiosa “Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music”, del Reino Unido.
Primer trompeta en la Orquesta Sinfónica de Maracaibo, Sinfonietta Caracas y Orquesta Sinfónica Municipal de Caracas, en Venezuela, así como en la Orquesta del Capitolio de Toulouse, Francia, la Orquesta Filarmónica de Jalisco, México y la Orquesta Sinfónica de Guayaquil, Ecuador avalan su trayectoria como músico de orquesta.
Como solista y recitalista, ha sido invitado por la gran mayoría de orquestas y festivales en su país, así como en Colombia, Francia, México, Ecuador, Estados Unidos de Norteamérica, Portugal y Uruguay.
Su amplia y reconocida labor pedagógica le ha permitido vincularse a las nuevas generaciones de trompetistas de Venezuela, aportando su conocimiento y experiencia en UNEARTES, Universidad del Zulia (LUZ) y en el marco del “Conservatorio Itinerante” bajo el auspicio de la Fundación “Carlos y Alegría Beracasa, en Caracas.
Tiene en su haber, la grabación de tres discos como solista: “Cromos” (1.998), “Ecos y Recuerdos” 2.005 y “Verdeamarelo” 2.010.
Como compositor y arreglista ha visto sus obras estrenadas y grabadas por conjuntos y solistas en Venezuela, Francia, Estados Unidos de Norteamérica, Portugal y México.
