Official Registry of Institutional Regulations

In compliance with the Internal Regulation for the Preparation and Issuance of Internal Regulatory Instruments (Resolution No. UA-OCS-RSE-2026-012), approved by the University Council on March 4, 2026, the University of the Arts hereby publishes the set of institutional regulatory instruments currently in force, organized according to the hierarchy established in said regulation: Statute, Regulations, Policies or Protocols, Process Manuals, Instructions, and Guidelines. Every regulatory act listed here has been issued within the framework of the institution's legal and statutory authority, and its publication in this space constitutes an essential requirement for its enforceability and general application, with the exception of guidelines, which are disseminated through the corresponding internal channels.
