Admission Profile

Professionals holding an undergraduate degree in fields related to the arts and humanities, communication, visual studies, social studies, architecture, urban planning, education, computer engineering, design, or related disciplines. Applicants should have an intermediate level of proficiency in basic technologies such as computer use, audiovisual editing software, and foundational knowledge of electronics or programming, as well as an intermediate familiarity with artistic practices.

Graduate Profile

Graduates of the program will develop the following competencies:

• Design and execute quality artistic projects from the visual arts and new technologies.
• Develop skills specific to creative processes through technological media and integrate them into their arts research practice. 
• Critically identify and analyze the key issues facing art in the current context. 
• Document and present both individual and collaborative work, as well as approaches to knowledge integration and transfer.  
• Engage with theoretical content and evaluate its application and relevance to the practice of visual arts across its various dimensions.
