The periodic and comprehensive evaluation of academic and academic support staff is a formative, ongoing, and systematic process that assesses overall compliance with performance criteria and the achievement of objectives by faculty in teaching, research, and community engagement, as well as educational management at the University of the Arts, in accordance with Article 151 of the LOES.
