Cineasta y documentalista.
Cineasta y documentalista de la Universidad París VIII – Francia. Tiene una Licenciatura y una Maestría en Comunicación – Mención Cine en la misma. Master en Realización y Montaje Cinematográfico de la Escuela Internacional de Medios Audiovisuales – Madrid, España.
Fundador de la productora Chuquiragua Producciones, España. Ha dirigido y producido los documentales “Casa de Campo, un pedacito de mi tierra” – España, 2007, “Mujeres entre dos orillas – España, 2009, “Sueños Hipotecados” España, 2016. Ha sido seleccionado para varias muestras y festivales de cine documental como: Primera Muestra de Cine de los Países del Alba en Casa de América de Madrid, fue galardonado con el Primer Premio del Festival Internacional de Documentales sobre Migración, otorgado por la Organización Internacional para las Migraciones (ONU) y seleccionado para varios festivales de cine documental entre los que destacan los Edoc (Ecuador), FICIP (Argentina) y La 6ème Semaine du Cinéma Équatorien de París.
Ha realizado también reportajes para cadenas de televisión francesas y Suizas y presentó la muestra fotográfica “Rostros y colores de las culturas andino-amazónicas” (2017) en la ciudad de Valdivia, Chile.
Ha editado el libro “Primer borrador de guiones cinematográficos ecuatorianos, La Tigra” de la editorial UArtes.
Sus líneas de investigación están relacionadas con la migración, etnografía y cine ecuatoriano.
