In the city of Guayaquil, on February 16, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., the Electoral Tribunal of the University of the Arts convened, composed of Rubén Riera Esteban as Chair of the Tribunal; Andrés Sotomayor Aspiazu and Soraya del Rocío Campos Romero as representatives of career administrative and support staff; Brenda Guajala Castillo as student representative; Juan Posso Cordero and David Villareal Montenegro as faculty representatives; and Estela Narváez Fernández as secretary, in order to present the final vote-count results.
