LOTAIP Article 7 - Dissemination of Public Information.- To ensure transparency in administrative management, all state institutions forming part of the public sector, as defined in Article 118 of the Constitution of the Republic and other entities specified in Article 1 of this Law, are required to disseminate, through an information portal or website, as well as other means accessible to the public and implemented within the institution, the following minimum updated information. For the purposes of this Law, such information is deemed mandatory.
