LOTAIP Art. 7.- Disclosure of Public Information.- In the interest of transparency in administrative management, all State institutions comprising the public sector, as established in Article 118 of the Political Constitution of the Republic, and all other entities referred to in Article 1 of this Law, are required to disseminate—through an information portal or website, as well as through the means made available to the public and implemented by the institution itself—the following minimum updated information, which, for the purposes of this Law, is considered mandatory in nature.
